Extra-fine powder pigment designed for light grey dust, stone, cement and concrete with realistic finishes. Its neutral cool grey tone adds urban wear and works as a layer of winter dusting or mineral deposits over both light and dark surfaces. The fine grain allows for glazes and smooth transitions over metal, plastic or resin, and its non-flammable nature makes it safe to use indoors. The 35 ml jar is enough for multiple weathering projects and dries without unwanted shine.

For dry application, place the pigment with a soft brush wherever it would naturally settle by gravity (horizontal surfaces, recesses, tracks and running gear). Blend with a clean brush to soften panels or break up uniform areas. If you want light fixation without losing texture, touch the pigment with a brush dampened in pigment fixer/binder; for extra volume, mix it with binder to obtain a paste and create crusts and build-ups. Compatible with water, acrylics and varnishes; clean tools with water and soap.

Suggested uses: on urban and industrial vehicles it creates grey dusting over undersides, chassis and rims; in city, ruin or factory dioramas it simulates cement dust, concrete and rubble; in winter scenes it adds cold dust over asphalt, kerbs, slate tiles and stone. Alternate layers with ochres, siennas, blacks and other greys, sealing when needed to preserve the stratified weathering effect.
